Kupono pristatymas

Gavę Jūsų užsakymą mūsų el. parduotuvėje, kuponą ruošiame ir siunčiame rankiniu budu į Jūsų nurodytą el. paštą. Dovanų kuponą paprastai išsiunčiame tą pačią dieną, jei perkate mūsų restorano darbo valandomis. Jei kuponą perkate restorano nedarbo metu (sekmadienį ir pirmadienį), jį išsiųsime kitą darbo dieną, antradienį.

Kupono pratęsimas

Dovanų kuponas galioja 365 kalendorines dienas. Pasibaigus galiojimo laikui, deja, jo pratęsti nebegalėsime.

Kupono panaudojimas 

Pagal galiojančius įstatymus dovanų kuponą galima naudoti tik maistui ir nealkoholiniams gėrimams. 

Prieš apmokant sąskaitą restorane, būtina informuoti Jūsų aptarnaujantį personalą apie norą panaudoti dovanų kuponą.

Kuponas gali būti panaudotas tik vieną kartą. Jei nepanaudosite visos kupono sumos iš karto, deja, likusios sumos panaudoti kitą kartą nebus galimybės.

 

Gift voucher delivery/extention/usage terms

Voucher delivery

Upon receiving your order in our e-shop, we prepare the coupon and send it manually to the e-mail address you provided. We usually send the gift coupon on the same day if you purchase it within our restaurant's opening hours. If you purchase the coupon during the restaurant's closing hours (Sunday and Monday), we will send it on our next working day, Tuesday.

Voucher extension

The gift voucher is valid for 365 calendar days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend it after the expiration date.

Voucher usage

According to current laws, a gift coupon can only be used for food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Before paying the bill at the restaurant, it is necessary to inform the service staff about your desire to use the gift coupon.

The coupon can only be used once. If you do not use the entire coupon amount immediately, unfortunately, the remaining amount will not be available for use the next time.
