Gaspar's Spices is about carefully handcrafted spice blends by chef Gaspar Fernandes. With the spice knowledge in his blood and “that little something” in his hands, chef Gaspar selected the best spices all the way from India and prepared well balanced blends to bring home cooking to the new level.

This set includes our 3 signature blends, making it a perfect gift for home cooks:
 
Meat spice blend: a well balanced blend of black and green peppercorns, smoked paprika and other spices, freshly grounded to enhance the meat flavor and toasted to release all the aromas. Suitable for any type of meat, grilled, roasted or baked. Weight netto: 85 g. 
Fish & vegetables spice blend: a delicate blend of aromatic spices with the notes of fennel seeds, coriander and wild garlic. To discover new ways of seasoning when cooking fish, seafood or vegetables. Weight netto: 80 g. 
Portuguese sea salt with citrus and chili: unrefined sea salt from southern Portugal, harvested by hand in the traditional saltpans by skilled artisans, dried by the sun and the wind, infused with bergamot, yuzu and chili. Weight netto: 115 g.
